1 General


1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing our Website or Mobile App, you indicate that you accept our Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept our Terms and Conditions, you should leave our Website or Mobile App immediately, and you will cease to be able to order any Products via our online platforms.


1.2 Revision of Terms: We may revise our Terms and Conditions at any time. You should check the Website regularly to review our latest Terms and Conditions. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time you place an order.


1.3 Your Responsibility: You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our online platform. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website or Mobile App via your account are aware of these Terms and Conditions, and must ensure they comply with them.


1.3.1 Additionally, it is within your responsibility to ensure all details are in full and correct, this is to ensure an efficient service.


1.4 Capacity and Age: By placing an order through our online platform, you warrant that:
1. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
2. You are at least 18 years old.


2 Privacy Policy


2.1 We are committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors, including all visitors who access the Website or Service through any mobile application or other platform or device.


2.2 When you visit the Website or use the Services (Mobile App) to make an Order, you may be asked to provide information about yourself including your name, contact details (such as telephone number, home address and email address) and payment information. N.B. We do not store card details nor do we share our customer details with any Third Parties.


2.3 Information Security: The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will take precautionary steps to protect your information (by not storing card details or sharing customer details with any Third Parties), we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted over the internet; any transmission is at your own risk.


3 Service Access


3.1 Availability: While we try to ensure our online platforms are normally available, we do not undertake any obligations to do so, and we will not be liable to you if our Website or Services are unavailable at any given time or period.


3.2 Suspension of Access: Access to our online platforms may be suspended temporarily at any given time and without notice.


4 Your Order
4.1 Compiling your Order: Once you have selected the Products you wish to order from the menu, you will be given the opportunity to submit your order. It is important that you check all the information that you enter and correct any errors before submitting your order.


4.2 Amending or Cancelling your Order: Once you have submitted your Order and your payment has been authorised, if you wish to amend or cancel your Order, you MUST contact Wok U Like Takeaway via telephone immediately. N.B. If we have already started to process your Order, amendments or cancellation is at Wok U Like Takeaway discretion, and you will not be entitled to a refund.


5 Delivery Information
5.1 Delivery: Minimum order for delivery is £9.


5.1.1 Deliveries are conducted by the shop drivers and in the case of online payment (via PayPal or Card Payments), orders are to be paid in full before delivery.


5.1.2 Delivery times are subject to weather and traffic conditions, but average between 30-90 minutes. N.B. these will be estimated times and there is no guarantee that Orders will be delivered or available for collection within the estimated times.


5.1.3 Different delivery areas are subject to various charges. (i.e. Postal Codes:..........................................................) All mileage is set by our own GPS system.


5.1.4 Listed postcodes may incur additional delivery costs if distance is deemed too far.


5.1.5 Additional delivery charges may incur if the incorrect details are given, it is within your responsibility to ensure all correct details are provided.


5.1.6 Wok U Like Takeaway reserves ALL rights to reject orders. (i.e. if the restaurant is unable to accommodate your order due to distance or any other reasons)


6 Payment and Refund Terms
6.1 Pricing: Wok U Like Takeaway holds the right to amend its prices from time to time, if the correct price for an Order is higher than the price stated on the Website or Mobile App, we may amend the price accordingly. We are not under any obligation to ensure that the Order is provided to you at the incorrect lower price or to compensate you in respect of incorrect pricing.


6.2 Payment Methods: Payment may be made via Cash, PayPal or Debit/Credit Card.
N.B. All card payments incur a 4% handling fee.

6.3 Refund: In cases of refund, please get in touch with Wok U Like Takeaway directly. After consultation, we will determine the appropriate refund action.


6.3.1 Refunds may take 4 – 10 working days.

7.1 Website or App Information: While we try to ensure that information our online platform is correct, we do not promise it is accurate or complete. We may make changes to the material on the Website, or to the Service (App), Products and Prices described on it, at any time without notice. The material on our online platform may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update that material.
